Find drowning victims, evidence, sunken boats, treasure, aircraft, mines and obstacles. Survey the sea and river bottoms (even in zero visibility). Lakes, rivers, harbors, coastal regions can be searched quickly. Mark items of interest and relocate with ease, using internal GPS/DGPS. Sweep areas 10 to 1000 meters wide along the path of the search vessel.

Sea Scan System Variants available: Sea Scan^® PC Rack Mount or Desktop Computer (110-220V AC), Sea Scan® Centurian Splashproof Portable System, and the portable Sea Scan PC Splashproof (12-36V DC), which withstands rain and direct water splash on the computer.

Sea Scan PC is easy to use. A small lightweight "Towfish" is pulled with your boat while the real time sonic "birds eye" view of the search area scrolls up/down the screen of the PC. The integral plotter maintains an accurate account of the search and the exact location of objects of interest. The plotter uses standard input from Loran or GPS.
